Absolutely essential to any compressed air system, air tanks not only serve as temporary storage, but they also allow the system to perform more efficiently.

FIMA offers a wide range of energy savings refrigerated dryers. Although it does not offer as low a dew point as can be obtained with other types, the refrigerant type dryer is the most popular, as the dew point obtained is acceptable in many general industrial plant air applications.

FIMA FAD adsorption dryers are designed for continuous separation of water vapor from the compressed air thus reducing the pressure dew point. FAD series dryer consists of two columns, filled with desiccant beds, controller with LCD display, valves, manometers, support construction and suitable filter housings with the required filter element.

FIMA offers a complete range of high efficient compressed air filters, granting maximum contaminants removal, energy savings, increased reliability for the whole compressed air system and easy maintenance. C - S - M - O - AC filters type are equipped with manual condensate drain FCD 01 and differential gauge FDG 02. The CS filter type is equipped with automatic condensate drain FCD 02.

FIMA assembly kits are used for connecting 2 or 3 filters without using interconnecting piping. FIMA wall mounting kits have been designed to easily mount filters on the wall or other surface. The kit contains 2 stainless steel supports and 6 self-tapping screws.

Environmental regulations strictly prohibit the discharge of oily wastes and chemicals. Compressor condensate must therefore be either collected or treated prior to disposal. A FIMA oil/water separator can be used to remove the oil from the condensate. Collection involves the drainage of the condensate into drums or storage tanks. The drums or tanks are then hauled away to an approved disposal facility.

FIMA differential gauges are designed to indicate pressure drop across the filter element, warning cartridge replacing when clogged. From the simple Entry version to the more professional Electronic version with battery and LED alarm light, they are installed on the head of the filter and they are essential for an optimal compressed air system operation.
